Important information about graduation applications from the registrar
To be considered for graduation students must complete and submit an application that corresponds to their intended graduation date of either January or June, 2010.

January Graduates
Graduation applications for students who plan to complete their degree/certificate requirements by the end of the fall 2009 semester are available in the Academic Advising Center (N211 area) and the Enrollment Services Office (N219).
These applications are bright orange in color and can be identified by the January 15, 2010 graduation date printed across the top of the form. Cap and gown information cards accompany the graduation applications for those who plan to participate in Commencement in June, 2010.
January applications are available in the Academic Advising Center and Enrollment Services Office only.
Completed applications are to be returned directly to the Registrar in N219 (Enrollment Services Office). Do not return completed January applications to Student Life!
January graduates who plan to march at Commencement in June will receive their diploma/certificate at Commencement. Diplomas/Certificates for January graduates who do not plan to march at Commencement will be available in the Student Life Office after February 27, 2010.
June Graduates
Graduation applications for students who plan to complete their degree/certificate requirements in the spring will be available in each grouping office, the Academic Advising Center and the Enrollment Services Office beginning Tuesday, October 27.
The applications are white and list the graduation date of June 6, 2010 across the top of the form. June applications are available in division offices, the Academic Advising Center (N211) and the Enrollment Services Office (N219).
Completed forms are to be returned directly to the Student Life Office, S104.
