Periodicals at GCC
In Print
The GCC Library maintains a print periodical collection consisting of newspapers, magazines, and scholarly journals. To see whether the Library subscribes to a particular periodical or periodicals in a particular subject area, search by Journal Title or Keyword in the GCC Library Catalog, or consult one of the following lists:
Online
The GCC Library subscribes to over 60 online databases which include the full text of thousands of periodicals. Search the eJournal Locator to see if the full text of a particular periodical is available through any of our online databases.
At Other Local Libraries
If the GCC Library does not offer print or online access to a particular periodical, consider visiting another library in the area. Search the following library catalogs in advance:
- Five Colleges (Amherst, Hampshire, Mount Holyoke, Smith and UMass)
- CLGS (Cooperating Libraries of Greater Springfield)
Through Interlibrary Loan
Individual periodical articles may be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
