SUPPORT SERVICES: Peer Tutoring, Counseling, Disability Services
For Peer Tutoring
The Peer Tutoring Program offers one-on-one peer tutoring for most courses offered at the college. This is a wonderful resource available at no cost to all GCC students. Peer Tutoring is located in the Learning Center, 4th floor North near the library in the main building. For summer courses, peer tutoring is available by appointment; please stop by the Learning Center or call 775–1330.
For Counseling and Disability Services
Our goal is for every student to succeed in all courses regardless of learning style, individual learning needs, or disability. If you know or think that you are in need of specific accommodations, you may wish to meet with Anna Berry, Coordinator of the Office of Disability Services, or Sue McGowan, Counselor, in the Learning Center, to discuss possible support service options. Summer support services are subject to variable hours. Please call the Learning Center at 775-1330 to find out more about Anna or Sue's availability.
